The Host component implements interfaces that support modeling and simulation of both single-core and multi-core nodes.
For each Host component, the allocation of processing cores to VMs is done based on a host allocation policy.
Each host component also instantiates a VM scheduler component , which can either implement the space-shared or the time-shared policy for allocating cores to VMs.
Vm: This class models a VM, which is managed and hosted by a Cloud host component.
VmScheduler: This is an abstract class implemented by a Host component that models the policies (space-shared, time-shared) required for allocating processor cores to VMs.
